I have been going to Trinity-East Brunswick for nearly three months for a torn meniscus. The staff and facility at the Trinity Rehab-EB are really outstanding. Everyone is highly trained and professional. They take the time to discuss your issues and work collaboratively to set up a plan to help your rehab. Special shout out to Therapists Austin, Steven and Ina -they were patient with all my questions. But I interfaced almost all of the staff, therapists and technicians/assistants. EVERYONE was very helpful and accommodating. Questions on your individual program were encouraged by everyone there. Jessica at the front desk helped me with scheduling and insurance questions from the very first day I called their office. The therapy pushed me, as needed, a little beyond my comfort zone to really get my knee back in shape, with the staff always supporting me and recognizing my limits. Scheduling is easy and they even helped me set up an appointment with an orthopedic doctor of my choice. I can highly recommend the Trinity - East Brunswick Team. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in for shoulder PT after a rock climbing injury. Both Austin and Steven were great to work with. They came up with really creative ways to help me rebuild strength in my shoulder. Whenever the program got too easy or certain exercises didn't work, they would make adjustments to make sure they were effectively targeting my problem areas. After a few months, I was able to go back to rock climbing! The rest of PT staff was super friendly and helpful too. The environment is really positive, and you can tell they care about getting you back to feeling your best. I highly recommend Trinity Rehab if you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, supportive, and focused on helping you get back to tip-top shape.

Dina, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stand out. She is a true asset to the company.

Trinity is unlike any other rehab. I’ve been here twice in the past 10 years for neck issues, each time they were able to dramatically reduce pain and symptoms for me. Thank you Trinity team past and present.

Trinity Rehab East Brunswick is an EXCELLENT institution with even better staff! The care and instruction which I receive from staff members, in addition to the extremely clean and friendly environment, always make for a lovely visit!

From my first phone call I knew they were exceptional. As suggested by Steve, I started my therapy before my total knee replacement, and this was to start building my strength in my legs. The work of course started after my surgery, and I could not have been successful without every single person at Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick. They are courteous and respectful, down to earth, and love to joke around which made my therapy session enjoyable! They also challenged you, which I actually loved. if they did not challenge me, I don't think I would have been able to reach my full potential. Their goal is to get you back to normal life. My goal was to get back running, together WE made it happen. If you follow what they tell you to do at the gym and at home and you will succeed. I would recommend everyone to Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick....they AMAZING!!

My experiences here have been outstanding. The therapists have helped me multiple times es and the techs are helpful and very friendly. Overall tveee is no other pan e I would go to take care of my injuries.

The Trinity Rehab East Brunswick team is AMAZING. They’ve helped me make amazing progress in my ankle surgery recovery. Not only has there been minimal pain, I’m ahead of schedule when it comes to weight bearing and walking! Thank you so much to the EB team!

My experience here was great; the staff really cares about your treatment and progression. The PT staff is really looking to take their time in getting to know your diagnoses and ensuring that your care is of high quality. Also, the assistants are very helpful in demonstrating exercises and tracking your treatment.
